20th July - laid-off (H1-extension) ==> very s o r r y man.. 

31st Jusly - applied for B-2 VISA ===> but why? is this the only soln to maintain status? Can you stay in US without need of crossing border for stamping?

September 1st week - applied for H1 transfer ==> while staying on B2 in US?

Ippudu H1 approve ayye daka work cheyadaniki ledaa? (B2 adjudication pedtharu along with H1 ) ==> anthe kada bhayya.. Dont you need to have change of status from B2 to H1 stamping? I dont think you will be able to work on the receipt.. like a normal h1b transfer as you are currently nt on the h1b.

Revoke chesina update avvadaniki oka 2 months alaa paduthundi.....h1 terminate chesina transfer option untadi ga, new employer dorikithe

 

Buddy  h1 revocation approval does not matter all matters is are u in status or not according to h1 rules  even for future u.s entries  .. so  lay off avagane either u need to apply for h1 transfer or COS   asap   and it looks u did  apply  to B2 so all good 

 

people say that there is 10days grace period h1 revoke chesaka  and again nuvvu ee loppe transfer petkunavu receipt vachindi kabati u r good for that too..

regular h1 transfer aithe u can work on receipt  but ikada situation adi kadhu  so  u will have to wait until ur h1 transfer  is approved

U SCIS vadu COS / i94  approve chesadu ante all good  and mostly they approve if your job occupation is under specialty occupation category .. so stamping godava kuda undadhu 

if not cheyaledhu ante u need to go india and get new visa stamping.. 

 

okate  make sure from other attorneys   if it is okay to cancel your b2 application  while ur h1 transfer is in process  because b2 to h1 is very complicated but legal way to stay here.

anduke malli attorney tho check cheymanadi   there is good chance that he will fall out of status if he revokes b2 application  because of two things

he dint apply for h1 transfer immediately 1 month travtha chesadu   and  his b2 visa application will act like a middle layer for him to be in u.s  so adi revoke chesthe malli quesiton vasthundi  how is he in status  in this 2 months.
