Naku ardham ainantha varaku aithe since u already applied for visitor status pending status eeee effective anukunte in this case visitor kabati h1 approve ayyaka with new i94 only ( if cos is approved) work cheyachu as said by u r employer.

In case even with visitor status pending is considered as h1 status ( since previous status) h1 receipt tho work cheyachu anukunta.

During all this process , did u leave usa or no.


September 1st week - applied for H1 transfer
today - packet returned, missing passport stamp page
tomorrow - will send the missing doc and they'll apply for H1 transfer

As per attorney, they sent termination notice to USCIS after applying for my B2( company attorney tho ne B2 file cheyincha)
