bhayya i dont see any issue whatsoever .. whenever your PD is getting closed to becoming current ( which will happen in 25 yrs or so  :-)) then switch to consulting company eb2 ..i dont see anyd ownside whatsoever

also when comparing FT with contracting - do a realistic comparision , health care /bonus/ ability to go to india / paid leave and so on ...
