hmm kinda padoddu cycle nerchukovali annatha kastam ga vunde. 

First Tamari diet  routine and physical activity  ikkada veyyi will take it from there

Morning 5.30 am legadam drinking 5 glasses of warm water 

6.30 to 8 am varaku walk and running (open air)

Breakfast : 4 egg whites, 4 almonds/1 fig/ 2 walnuts , 1 apple , protein shake(isopure low carb dutch chocolate) with fibre

lunch : curry Edaina with very little oil /chicken breast grilled

snacks madyalo baga akaleste apple pieces /watermelon /dark chocolate with nuts(luna)/papaya/carrots/honey dew chala limited 

evening oka 1 hr  jog/walk chesi (6.30 to 8pm avtundi)(open air)

8.30 ki edaina curry tinestanu (mostly vegetables like cabbage, cauliflower, carrot,beetroot ,spinach, dal )

ipdu 10pm ki nidra vachestundi so sleeping

 

 

isopure low carb dutch chocolate  baga physical activity avtene  tiskuntunna
