nenu already cheppa.. you have to research about keto.. No one is going to spoon feed a tailor made diet.. Learn and do it by yourselves.. i have given you macros too..ready my posts carefully..

NO TO FAT BURNERS.. If someone is suggesting you fat burners they aren't good trainers or nutritionist..

If your boot camp is in morning.. have protein shake before or just a serving of BCAA's to avoid muslce breakdown otherwise fasted state HIIT and Strength training are really good Fat burners by itself.
