keto diet entii

Google karo ...its  literally taking zero carbs in day keto /Atkins both are same .. When ur in zero carb ur liver is looking for insulin which comes mainly from carbs when it doesn't find it utilizes stored fat in body and this process is called as  ketones hence keto dite for details read ruled.me website or bodybuilding

1.If its nutrition prescribed in cases of overweight..

2. If you are competing

3. If your are having a photo shoot..

You have to check keto level almost daily morning.. A kit will be available to buy.. If your diet isn't streamlined I would say don't jump in keto.. You need carbs to get through your day.. Initial days are tough..once in, body sets the pattern. One of my friend lost 90lbs on keto.. That was doctor\ nutritionist prescribed though..the challenge  here is to keep up the weight once you are outta keto..

It will effect their weight lifting ability if continued over a period of time..it can be done short term though..there are articles which say they don't compromise perf but indeed they do.. Low carb diet is not for powelifters crossfitters and sports people.. Its mainly goal oriented.. Lookwise it will be good but strenght is lost too..
