Henry to Vijay, OUT, what a delivery, he's been beating the outside edge repeatedly with this one that angles in and straightens, but he goes a little wider of the crease - possibly as a consequence of that warning - bowls it a couple of inches fuller, and that narrows the angle of the movement and ensures it clips Vijay's edge as he feels uncertainly for it. To be fair to Vijay, he had to play because it would have hit off stump had he missed. A superb delivery to give New Zealand their second breakthrough of the first hour

This was full, but not quite a half-volley, and on a pitch with this sort of bounce, you shouldn't be playing with an angled bat. Ends up slicing it off the outside half of his bat to gully, where Latham takes it brilliantly, leaping to his right and grabbing it over his head

Wagner to Pujara, OUT, fullish outside off, and Wagner's tactic has finally worked. He had had a short cover in position for the last couple of overs, as a catching fielder of sorts, and Pujara has finally played an uppish drive straight into his hands. Third half-century in three innings, and he's not pleased with himself for not converting this one into a hundred. Excellent innings, though, to help rescue India from a truly sticky situation

Ashwin played from the crease, as he tends to do, the lack of a front-foot stride creating the distance between his bat and the pitch of the ball
