week 3- 150gms white rice.. increase 50gms every week until you start putting on weight. when your weight increases then start cutting 50-100gms every week.. In this cycle your protein and fats will remain constant. 

150g white rice one go lo kastam ankuntey.. eat 75g post workout.. Rest at night.

This will work only if you do weight lifting.  This is for Muscle building. Later when you cut, your muscles will require energy and it will derive from fat, you still will be on LCD then too.

Bro believe me.. Its mental.. i was like you.. Protein shake tagakunda cannot workout morning.. then one day i decided to go fasted workout only with BCAA's till now im continuing. Take BCAA's on scoop and go fasted state. enta aithey anta cheyyi.. slowly you will improve. I can bet on that. All we need is patience.

You can eat carbs pre workout too.. kani avi primary source of fuel kabatti workout ki vellaganey use aipotayi.. Post will be shuffled into your muscle as insulin sensitivity is higher post workout.

day lo lunch ki tintuna 20gms ala... malli next day lunch varaku not eating any carbs.

asalu 100 , 150 g ela tintam uncle.. 3cups rice aa vayyo

Cooked chepthunnadu don vuncle.. cooked rice 1 cup weighs around 175-200gms anta..@3$%
