bhayya already told no......chinna pillala avi thnocha...ivi thnocha anodhu.....have a cap for carb n eat as per the cap.....things ni simple chesko 

marii spoon feeding question adagodhu 

btw contrx on your 5pounds....that will be ur motivation to continue...maintain min carbs for one more week......ur body will adjust

 looks like you are starving,,,,,,thats very very bad way to do this diet, eat fat like avacados or find something u like 

 

and i tired bullet coffee today (1 tb spoon cocnut oil, 1 tbs butter, 2-3tbs butter, all in hot coffee...blend it  )....i loved it guru try that
