I have mentioned this in my other post but here's the gist of it. While it's understandable that there's a shortage of programmers or technical IT personnel as the US universities don't graduate enough IT graduates, what's the need to hire people for managerial positions from outside the US??

Some of the top MBA schools in the world are in the US so why would we need a genius that studied in a road side college in Adilabad disctrict(no offense to anyone from there, this is just to quote an example) to come here and take up a job on Eb1C??? And then get sponsored etc. Why can't that be given to candidates who are local to this nation who have studied here and gained relevant work experience here. 

Also the rule has to state that if a candidate needs to be sponsored on Eb1C, he has to be directly employed at the client's place. He can't be working as a contractor through TCS, ShittyS, papasoft, babasoft or any such corporations. For example, if let's say a company like Microsoft, Apple really wants someone that bad from India let them get him and file an EB1C petition for him. But he shouldn't be hired by a vendor that bids for contracts like the desi corporations.
