Yes it makes sense. That rule underwent so much scrutiny and came out of legit law making process. It cannot be repealed with just one signature.

American Attorneys like Greg Siskind  already confirmed this.

Yes but H1B is regulated right. Minimum wage, limited number etc. It's not like H4 EAD.

I will come up with a list of 100 points as to how this rule is totally asinine. Only a democrat elected moron can come up with such an incredibly poorly drafted law so yes it might take to be repealed but I am going to approach Jeff sessions with a list of those points as to why this rule needs to be done with.
