Why are people not crying on L1 EAD's?

Between 2009-2013 an average of 68000 L1 visas issued per year, who are eligible to work as soon as they come here and file their EAD's

So the number of dependents eligible to work on EAD is more on L1 compared to H1.

People just crying because vallu unna baavi lo no L1 ead kappalu?

Vendors are getting cheap options and there are uncles who are closing the positions internally hiring known candidates but these two will happen anyway. Someone can hire an OPT candidate the same way.

Yeah man...It seems h4 EAD is safe for another 1-2 years or, as long as it goes..

Legistlation,dicusiion, repel and recall of the bill will take time if at all trump decides to do away with H4 EAD...

bro andaram fake thone start ayyamu but h4 ead ki power ekva undi aa regulations atleast taginchale so that h1b ppl are not impacted end of the day it should be win-win for both andaru bagupadale kani ekkada win-loss situation ayithunde win for h4 and loss for h1b thats point.......

evadi benefit aadu soosukuntaadu. vaadi billing rate thaggina overall gaa profit ee kada iddari salaries kalipi. Single h1 contracting gallaki pedda bokka.

I agree with you..every client doesn't...but most of them do...

It's not about knowledge or talent...motorola phone comes for 250$, iphone comes for 650$...if client has no money,he'll go for motorola..put both the phones at the same price, decision will be clear and transparent...simple concept..

I have not seen many L1 dependent people work. ( Just in my circle ).

people are not crying on L1 EAD's cuz L1 uncles are not crying on masters ppl...valla pani vallu chuskuntunnaru anni muskuni...

whereas H1 uncles (not all of them, not generalizing) crying on us and floating pellam resume on market...all at the same time..

There are so many L2's...Anyway DHS decided to do site visits this year for L1's..May be because they are screwing Eb1 C Category....Once this will be screwed , then the billing rates will really increase.
