except most dont have the capital to start a business...its easy to become a millionaire if u are already a millionaire

or one of those caribbean islands too.. pretty straight forward to get residency there, and travel to the US for cheap and often to manage a business there. i.e. if H1 doesn't allow you to run a business from inside the US. which I don't know if it doesn't.

I don't think it requires million dollar investment. I think panama gives residence for just 50k, if you hire yourself and apply for residence as employment. I'm not completely sure. I heard about it when I was there for holiday.

mexico does too.

lets say i have taken the residence in panama/mexico thru investment..then does my residency in panama.mexico make it easy for me to open a business in US?

yes. as a non resident, doing business in the US is fairly straight forward. panama, mexico or mars, it doesn't matter.

your residency will be through employment. not investment.

ok..actually i thought there are some spl treaties for these countries with USA.

So..other than being in close proximity to US, having residence in those countries has no spl advantage than being in india and doing business in US right?
