reality endante, oka MBBS doctor ni cheyanike 2-3 crores karchu ayitundi Govt ki...and at the same time, govt has to spend another 3-4 crores to fund a PG seat...facilities provide cheyali, hospital ,edcuation,research, blahblah..its very expensive in country like us..

suppose if there are 100 PG seats, literally it costs vaidhya vidhana parishat almost 200 crores t be spent on these doctors over the next two years so that they become successful doctors and start their own practice...

earlier PG ainaka kuda compulsory 2 years rural government serivce mandatory chesindi...apudu mana junior doctors masthu lolli lolli chesi a rule implement cheyakunda apesinaru...now govt is facing drunch in finding doctors and health care in rural discticts has effected a lot..court ki poi order cancel chepichukunaru Juniro doctors as they were not interested in mandatory rural practice after PG for 2 years..

ipudu government time..dobbey antundi..govt matram edikelli pedtadi bhai paisal when you are not ready to take up sacrifices..rural service cheyanu ante..nee mida 3-4 crores petti ninnu sadipisthe evanki labham ?

ala shuru ayindi ie lolli...nannu adigithe, remove free PG seats totally and let health care organisation and companies pay for the fees...
