Need advice.

Scenario: Say someone is working in a location A and due to allergies or extreme dry weather conditions that person has severe cough for several months. Like more than 3 months. A person went to doctors multiple times and was told e extreme dry weather conditions padatledu ani gave antibiotics etc. Also, valley fever adi edi ani enno medications vadi tests chesi last em ledu tanaku unna dust allergies ki and present unna extreme dry conditions padatledu akkada nunchi move ayite kani taggadu ani telcharu. When it rains and temparatures drops to 70's and low 90's cough subside avutundi though doesn't stop and 95's-100's  touch ayite malla continuous avutundi cough. But unna place lo 100+ temparatures common. Doctor ayite move out from that place ade solution no real health issue as such desert weather and extreme dryness padadu niku but coughing for months and months can get dangerous for health ani cheppadu.  Idi ila undaga work place lo chuttupakkana vallu cough valla concerned as they could get it too. Contagious kakapoyina americans so they have their concerns. That person has no remote access too to stay home. Manager to kuda chala mandi concerns raise chesaru. Prime vendor kuda calls chesi enquiring about health and talking about cough and told e concerns. Ilanti situation lo em cheyali? Obviously manager has to take an action and she is not taking any action as they liked the resource which was told by primary vendor. Though primary vendor understands persons situation and know no one can stop cough manager concern raise chesaka enquire cheyali kabatti chestune unnadu and telling to take care of health. All this is embarrassing for this contractor but unable to decide what to do. Em cheste better ilanti situation lo? Health imp anukoni resign cheyadam good idea ?

I am also thinking to resign before they tell me to go. Next ade avutundi ani strong feeling. I don't like arizona and i don't like project too malla maradam amendment chesukovali ani edo passing time. Market baledu antunnarani koncham reluctance anthe.
