YSR is statistically the best CM AP had. improvements in rural incomes, health outcomes, poverty levels, maternal mortality rates, etc. actually, all southern states have had progressively better CMs since 2000s. AP is an exception because CBN had unrealistic targets now. how can you compare with NTR, who ruled in 1984, when there was not much awareness of modern governance? Quote

I already posted them. you can check out bibek debroy's CATO study of Indian states, that highlights AndhraPradesh specifically for terrific improvement for the past decade.
