T govt doesn't have rights to conduct investigation and drug tests

I think TomB is slightly off on this. I don't understand what he's saying. sattipandu is crystal clear.

If I understand your position, you are saying that the govt is enacting this tamasha from behind (based on what that lawyer said). Its also one viewpoint, but its a defensive one.

Not something that flows from facts that are apparent in this case (as they are presented here).
