above 150k$ salaries are being earned by ppl who work in top 10 IT companies...like LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, Netflix.

Iddaru FT aithe, combined salary more than 250k$ aithe, then they are taking a risk to buy 800k-900k$ homes.

$1M ki 2000Sqft townhome kooda sakkaga raadu in decent neighborhood...... unless both(couple) do jobs no one can afford those houses..... if one loses job in family, they'll soon default on their mortgage payments with in few months.
