I went through same thing, I enrolled my spouse after 60 days.. but before within 30 days landing in US. 

Have they added any prorated charges like after marrige date nuchi ani ?

Prorated vundadu and cover kadu.Add chesinapatinunchi lekka.us vochina 30 days lo add chestey aa date nunchi covers and bills
