Big hospitals ki patients last movement lo vastharu.... That's one of reason. Bcoz private hospitals will refer to govt hospitals when the condition is critical... They don't want blame or relatives attacking

 

Staff already over loaded.... Critical patient ni kuda Chala wait chepistharu

Govt Doctors most of them ki pvt practices untay, thuu thuu manthram ga ochi pothuntaru govt hospital ki, avi strict cheyakapothe mathram enni facilities penchina waste

Govt salaries too low man anduke they take patients to their pvt practice. AP lo govt hospitals lo there is acute shortage of doctors

Main problem is patients go to rmp doctors and near by small hospitals... Nothing wrong in it .... But those hospitals consume the golden time of patient. 50% of time this works ... Other cases becomes critical and now these pvt hospitals (small and big) asks them to go big govt hospitals... I have seen this in hyd. Last min lo nims ki poo... Osmania ki poo antaru

Pvt hospitals evaru tisukoledu a patient ni akariki govt hospital chere sariki too late. baga godava aindi patients relatives govt hosp lo lolli cheste nursing home fault ani dobbei manaru. appudu relatives ochi nursing home mundu dharna done and staff ni manhandle chesaru  finally police came and arrested owner of the nursing home doctor uncle.
