Balance between Family Time vs Career growth

Its a routine yet busy life after marriage -- 

Day time motham office lo-- evening time & weekends gone with kids and shikaars--

career growth ki required new skills/technologies nerchukuntu, same time family tho time spend chesthu balance cheyadam yela? Id this really possible? For me keeping family happy is priority and i dont want to missout on my kids special moments/memories--

tips suggestions are welcome--

same boat lo unnavaalu same boat lo ne flow lo flowing or cruise eskoni jet speed lo cuts kodthu flowing ?

I am in same boat , Have been thinking about same since couple of months , Finally decided to have stress free life till November and start  learnig new stuff from thanks giving

Try to keep one hour per day and start learning new skills. don't try to learn everything in one week or 2. try to find your friends who wants to improve same skills and fix a time everyday to learn.

No buddy...ptathi stage lo vallaki vunde tensions vuntai. nijam ga aithe we are in good position. neeku DB lo sollu matladatani time vundi..vallaki every min is important

do stuff with your kids. better than going to shikaars.

like playing with them, solving crosswords, build treehouses.

parenting is hard. nobody has perfected it. good luck.

kids will grow up well regardless of you spending your time with them. make sure you don't act like d1ck. because kids can pick up the tiniest stuff.

99% of being a parent is trying to be a decent human being, whatever kind of asshole you were before you had kids. :)

Yes. Everyday morning oka 1 hr mundu levali before your family wakes up... nee panulu chesukodame aa timelo...
