The point is, Collecting tax is not a problem... but it is so obscure to understand that where is it being invested? Whats the status of govt hospitals? Govt schools? Roads?

Don't forget that exchequer is nothing but people’s property...evadu evadiki free ga ivvatledhu...like your analogies above.
