can you identify blindspots in your own arguments? forget the TG ids who mock in this thread. They are psycopaths who enjoy CBN's or Andhra state's failures. One day their state too will face the same music from the center.

I agree that the center has no business telling state govts to spend money given in a certain way, and asking for accounts for the money given, because it is up to the state govt to prioritise its spending. But CBN should be accountable to someone right? so who do you think CBN should be accountable to? He should be accountable to the people in the state.

You are simply making the argument that Modi backers make, but from a state level, because growth of AP in the way CBN 'envisioned' will help you (either in breastbeating about AP's glory, or just simply exploiting the structure he creates to enrich yourself).

Does CBN give the same federal rights to governance units within the state, like he expects from the center? or does he project himself as the all knowing king?
