Centrally sponsored project aina Polavaram, centrally sponsored insitutes, central funding teesukuni Amaravati, 

Funds allocate chesi isthe, CBN chesindi motham diversion. Polavaram is scam tainted. 

Fund divert chesi, ipudu TDP ki sambandham emiti ata...chesindi CBN...mari CBN ki TDP ki emi sanbandham vundo andariii telsinde..

Polavaram papala putta...completely scam tainted. 

It has the status of national project and central has been steadily releasing the funds. Design alignments are being changed midway, allocation is diverted for other purposes, ...

Lets see if Govt can come clean on Polavaram.

Its a National project...central Govt always has a bigger say in it.....antha tainted aitey...eppudo daani meeda enquiry vesi....they would have taken back the control of the construction ...if at all BJP is serious about the completion with out delaying tactics. Like all National projects in non-priority states ....centre wont take it up in time frame completion.....so it wont get completed atleast for 10 yrs minimum

nenu chebithe chestara? Nuvvu cheppi Centre tho release chepinchu 

 

go to http://polavaram.apegov.com and see what you want to find for Polavaram. If there is something wrong with Polavaram, will the centre sit without saying anything until now, especially given the relations between State and Centre are broken?

I am not sure if you understand how things work:

1) Centrally sponsored institutes have nothing to do with the state (other than providing land). State Government is not involved in any way.

2) Right now, Centre is refunding the money spent by state for Polavaram. So, when all the receipts and utilization details were provided, centre will release funds. There is no way to divert centre funds. if there is any fraud, centre wont release funds.

3) Same case with Amaravathi, they provided 1000 crores for Vijayawada and Guntur underground drainage works and its a 3 year project. All money can't be spent in 1 day. So, this is WIP 

Bureaucrats ni evaru manage cheyyaru, they are more or less central government employees report up to CS. State government is responsible for policy making. Policy implementation is up to bureaucrats based on GOs and other items in law. 

 

if state government makes any corruption, thats not in this way. they do it while awarding contracts and get commissions. that is a different story altogether

I think most of the people comment without information in the DB. If you are biased to one party that is absolutely fine, but please make sure you have information and details about allegations atleast that would make the allegations worth reading and commenting. 

JFC released a report saying, Excluding Polavaram,  Centre should pay about 75,000 Crores under various reasons. Most of them part of AP Reorganization act but was not truly implemented to the spirit of the act. 

 

For example, package to backward districts (Rayalaseema and Uttarandra), the package was supposed to be for about 24,000 crores (based on spirit of the act, this was supposed to be like Bundelkhand package) but centre said, they will pay only 1050 crores. 

 

if TDP does something wrong or fail to convince people, they will lose their power.  The part I am worried about is the fact that people from our own state not working towards states interests especially when the state is on losing edge for political reasons.
