I feel ya..am sorry! Good thing is u r in US and divorce rate is exponentially increasing in Indian community kuda so antha ibbandi padedhi em ledu kadha. Hope you are having a better life now.

Nothing we can do other than feeling sorry. Get some carb bars, protein shakes, healthy fats like almond butter etc and keep them with you at work and home. Order some real food to ofc for lunch. Tell them you are nit feeling well and cant even cook for yourself. See how they react or what they eat.
