Mostly College professors ( I think there are some companies who does that) but all of it should  be done by employer

January 30, 2018==>Case Denied (Out of Status) Worst day of My life

February 10,2018 ==>Left the Country with my wife & kid

February 3, 2018==> Another Petition Same Employer, Same Client , Same LCA in Premium

February 14, 2018==>RFE Receivedè Specialty Occupation

March 26, 2018 ==> RFE Responded

March 31, 2018  ==> CASE APPROVED…

Waiting to schedule an Interview date ….

 

Sharing my experience … It’s tough to leave the country with wife and 1 yr kid suddenly is not a good experience but all in all. Everything happens for GOOD…

My case almost similar to ts....

August 18th 2016 -  filed h1 amend +extn , changed from location a to location b

Mar 30th 2017- rfe came on employee-employerr relationship and speciality occupation 

April 14th 2017 - project finished in location b

April 19th 2017 -  replied to rfe

May 1st 2017 - one more project got confirmed in location c

May 19th 2017 - petition got denied 

May 25th 2017 - new petition for extensiomnwas filed with location c

June 29th 2017 - visa and i94 expired 

Aug 3rd 2017 - again rfe sent, makki to makki same to same rfe as the previous one

Oct 11th 2017 - replied to rfe and rfe response received 

December 14th 2017 - petition got approved, for the approval just 2 months before the 240 days expiry

So 1st petition deny ayyina, valid i94 undi kabatti, inko petition vesamu and it got approved
