In my opinion if you are a normal income person and dont have king pin style in India, rasining kids here is relatively easier than India. 

India lo grand parents factor miss avtaru but migata anni naaku ikkade positive gaa anipistayi. That is my feeling. 

3 kids ni India lo avg school ki pampali anna kooda vaachipotundi. Ikkada school age daaka laagite kaasta saddukuntavu nuvvu. 

If you can cherish their existence they are creatures of joy. If you dont like kids, then money/country/jobs/gc nothing will make you happy.

even if you do not save initially, you can always change jobs and find better paying ones later

its easy to raise kids in US than compared to india, education is free from 5, till 5 you can always get kids enrolled in church based schools

you def need a second car (van), you can buy toyota sienna used one for under 16k

there are no cons with kids as long as you dont think that way
