Healthy Diet suggestions

Many people have the luxury of going home for lunch during work hours. they can easily maintain healthy diet.

Office ki velle vallaki manchi diet suggestions esukondi..

White rice ki alternatives enti?

Mrng Break fast em cheyali.?

lunch ki em tinte better?

Dinner ki em tinte better?

Fat peragakkodadhu, but muscles matram maintain cheyali..

 

PS: dont suggest protein powders or any supplements.

 

This is my diet:

 

morning - 2 miles jogging.

Break fast: Raagi jaav, 5 egg whites and any breakfast at home

Lunch: currently eating white rice and curries

evening 1 hour work out.

Dinner: phulka with some subji..

try to eat foods with less glycemic index.

morning ooats thinu with milk, almonds and banana. Also have two egg whites

 

afternoon,  brown rice with curry thinu

I meant phulka roti ankul. but ekkuvaa rotis tintunte, too much heat in body.

try to replace white rice in afternoons with any ancient grain that takes loong time to digest

oatmeal with banana and almonds is better suited for breakfast

present schedule :

morning milk fruits and croissant egg

lunch : rice with curry 

snacks:

fruit juice 

dinner :

quinoa with curry 

 

schedule  to begin:

no meats 

morning : milk fruits and croissant egg

lunch :

quinoa and curry

snacks:  fruit juice

dinner : quinoa with curry 

 

no meats and biryanis ...only vegetables... btw i am 5 9 164 lbs...

antha long time atyhe, mrng Shiat kastam emo kada. naaku mrg free motion avvakutne, day antha depressed unta. anduke I eat rotis at night to flush out in mrng.

5'11" 179LBS unna. just want to have  muscle weight. no fatty foods.

Breakfast : Oats+blueberries+peanut butter+milk (fat free)

Snack1 : 2 egg whites + 1 full egg

Lunch : Curry (mostly lot of veggies)+ 2 small roti

Snack 2: apple or some other fruit 

snack 3: some nuts unsalted: almonds , peanuts or pisth

work out 

dinner : eggs or chicken breast or fish +small amount of rice or quinoa +lotsof veggies (which i  get from costco in frozen section : mixed veggies)

been doing for while after i lost 40lbs and mainting same weight and muscle for more then 1.5 years
