nokka lo dhi emi diet emo bhayya. it depends on bodies really!

29m nenu last weeke telisinfi i'm pre-deiabitic ani. 

i'm thin and no fat...i do 2mile walk and 4-5 day workout. i watch i eat also.

still suger levels heigh...i don't know wtf.

I am also pre-diabetic HbA1C test was 6.1. I was told to do workouts and eat food with less glycemic index.

I consistently maintain 32, but ee madhyane 33 ayindhi bcoz of overeating white rice.

yeah i try to limit it to 32...but e madhya control taggindi ..need to work on it
