you can control diabetic at early stage. if you live in India, eat neredupallu a lot..

also drum stick leaves monna eenadu book lo article came abt drumsticks and  its uses. seems like it has lot of anti-diabetic properties.

even agele marmelos bilva fruit the ones we get in north india they make juice out of it.

Morning: 4 boiled Eggs with whole grain bread and peanut butter

10:00 am snack ; whole grain Nuts

Lunch: Eat out, weekly 2 days indian buffet

3pm snack: two bananas with Greek Yogurt

6:00 to 8pm Gym

Dinner: White rice, with 3 Eggs or Chicken and pappu

Before going to bed: Full glass of Warm whole Milk to get good sleep

i eat a mix of ancient grains, i never felt any constipation problems. it all depends on your gut flora.

em grains tintaav nuvvu?..nuvvu tine ancient grains refined emo ...aina work and food balance undaale unless nuvvu regular ga gym cheste tappa...seen lot of roti eating ppl suffering from it.

I get a mix of it from my local organic stores mix of it bro.

konni ancient grains with groat barley, rye, oats and wheat. cook with pressure cooker, and make a salad of it.
