Alkaline water is the new craze, seems like.

Has anyone used only Alkaline water and found any benefits of it? Any particular filter you suggest?

One friend says it's so much better than drinking normal water. Please offer suggestions.

Basically the pH of your blood is supposed to be around 7.4 or something so it is alkaline(anything above a pH of 7 is alkaline, 7 is base, less than 7 is acidic right). So alkaline water is good for alkalizing the blood ani kithabu, plus it's a known thing that diseases won't grow in an alkaline body.

Whole foods market lo one gallon of alkaline water is being sold for one dollar, I drink a gallon of water per day so wondering if it's worth spending $30/month or just buy a alkaline water purifier spending $50-$60 if that's a better option long term. Just asking here in case anyone brought an alkaline water filter.

DON'T DRINK TAP WATER directly btw.
