Will do it from Monday, lunch time daka I will not use mobile. 

But nenu ekkadikanna potey ade chesta I don’t use mobile when I am with ppl I do it when I am alone.

I had similar symptoms 3 years back. I had  Vitamin B-12 deficiency. When tested my levels were in range but very near to lower level. In some people even if it is range it triggers the symptoms, for me doctor prescribed over the counter B-12 medication and did hell lot of blood tests to rule out other possible conditions
