Justice and fairness are loosely applied in that industry. Most of the time they will pass the word through middlemen so the big shots will not come into picture. Male actors mostly don’t do this. They don’t need to as most likely they are some big shots son. Kiran Jogar gaadu chesthademo I don’t know. There was talk of Schidharth kapooor a few years ago. It happens in the fashion industry for male models too. No one talks about it. Movie industry is like that. You make it big there then you are pretty much settled for life.
