Yes, but they want it cheap. TCS has a requirement in Pleasanton, CA: migrate .NET code to Java  Spring microservices and deploy the latter on cloud foundry. Their desi prime vendors are not able to get any candidate. So, TCS have given that req to Randstad. Randstad wants to pay $70 per hr c2c. However, the capable person will charge $130 per hour c2c. 

Whenever I see a requirement from WITCH these days, it is a tough requirement but with a cheap pay. If they find the job easy, they can hire H4 EAD and pay her/him $65K per annum.
