Developer aithe anni language lo, anni paradigms, anni kaavali. Operations aithe, just sys admin/network/db admin. Ippudu, rondu kalpite, devops cover the whole software/it/ai/autonomous cars/sending rockets to mars/etc.

I interview people every week. Years of experience untadhi they donno how to declare an int array or list/dictionary 

SQL ki vasthe. Employee table lo average salary for each state kavali Ante group by cheyali ani telvani Vallu unnaru. It's hard to push them to client.

My cousin used to work for a company for 3 years. He only need to copy some code, and substitute some template variables.  He did that for 3 years. And the application was so slow that he had to go to office in order to work. If one works on such crap for 8 years, it amounts to 3 months of real experience.
