stress stress stress is first culprit ani , tarvatha nutritious food ,no sugars no carbs will help 

stress will mess up hormones big time ... now I started Keto/IF I think I look better now and I worry less abt hair now

Oh, I originally had curly hair. I did some keratin treatments and later hair coloring.

They had a significant impact on my hair. 

you too had some hair color rt? is it a natural one or u too dyed?
