Okay... I mistook calorie intake to calorie burning. 😃. Calorie burning rate cheppu. 

I don't follow any diet. I just avoid junkies, I don't eat sugars at all. No rice. No breads. No ice creams. Less oil.

Gym ithe 372 calories, Boxing ki 507 calories according to my fitbit..apudapudu occasional walk ki 88- 175 calories ..these walks usually before bed or after lunch or early in the morning

nene better ne kanna close to 600 calories I burn everyday

I dont know man... but, the definition of equality for them is... U clearly can't do mistakes.. if they do.. they are in pressure or something (cause they are human beings and they can do mistakes)
