One thing I admit in favor of bjp is that they indeed have a non- family based party. This is the fruit of rss organization for 60 years which developed core committed cadre for its rotten ideology even when there is no power to be enjoyed. 

 

But non- family based does not mean meritocratic. It’s primary purpose is to either promote Brahmins or Brahmin affiliated ideology carried out by non-brahmins. In many ways infact in everyday it is really not different from congress which is headed by another Brahmin family. Just that this Brahmin family is larger. Therefore when modi came to power there is really no difference in outcomes in economy or actual military power which continues to be rubbish. Both are totalitarian. Congress handled Sikhs, Telugus , Kashmiris , past princely Kong’s ruthlessly. Bjp does the same.

congress used to be ruthless with anyone who wanted to get rich through license raj etc and bjp crushes them through demonetization and gst and political it raids.

BJP is not a thriving party, it’s lifeline depends on the Hindi heartland and a useless opposition. Especially with the current gen ministers, Modi is overplaying his hand and over using resources. If there is any one thriving it’s the silently working politicians like Mamata, Jagan, Nitish etc.. all it takes is few insiders losing interest.

Modi hasn’t groomed the BJP candidates of next generation to develop India .. Modi was just a hero that removed the political blocks for India. the actual people working towards it are under these silent politicians

BJP was a party developed for over 50 yrs and Modi was the fruit of that tree. Without more fruits BJP will not survive and it’s need of the hour
