It is mostly reinventing the wheel. Ala itahe education indutry maralaa. tenure ani promotion ani lot of pressure to publish....so you cant expect high quality work from everyone everytime.  okkasari famous iyepothy or neeku connections untey u can write and they will publish it. nobody cares if someone read your paper or not....ee year ki target reached or not is the agenda. Also reviewers are busy too they dont care either.

Seriously this is a sick war......when supers write grant proposals...all the companies only care about "How many publications do you have?"...even if you say...well i broke the 1024 RSA encryption...they ll be like...still "How many publications?" ...Seriously

Writing grants is full time job  ....u know because of this rat race, all they care  for is publishing. Eee race lo ML is the easiest field to publish...so edi padte danki ML apply chestunnaru 😕

I know...kakpothy tenure decision undatam valla it gets very stressful. I cant handle stresss andukey koncham undergrad uni ki vachesanu
