I think Cuba is the country where they are doing a trial of injecting Interferon. Just that patients who developed immunity to COVID-19 will have Interferon in their serum, so makes sense to just inject Interferon.

That's PCR, for testing the presence of virus, positive or negative for coronavirus. ELISA is for testing antibody, if you developed immunity to the virus or not.
