Do you have any property dispute back home?

My uncles back in India want to grab my Dads share of Property inherited from my Grandfather. They give an excuse that as we are settled abroad and making good money there is no need of any property for him. My Dad worked hard and made career where as they enjoyed all their life and now want my Dads property. People are so unfair and pathetic.

Just hire a lawyer - don’t do it yourself because you don’t know the law fully. It doesn’t matter if you are well off - you should get what is your’s. There will always be leaches and parasites.

when you hire a lawyer, it feels GOOD and confident because it would be taken care of - legally. They will likely back off if they know you hired a lawyer.

Just remember - after you hire a lawyer, you should CUT OFF all communications with the opposing party and let the lawyer deal with it professionally. Anything they want to discuss with you, they should discuss with your lawyer - not you.
