You can equip Sr level qualification within 4 years. With every thing moving to cloud and abundance of training platforms available, does experience really matter in IT ??  Someone saying other day In DB a recent intern is writing code exceptionally well compared to experienced one. It’s easy for fresher to get trained and adopt to fast paced environment then experienced uncles.Those guys will have lot more motivation and hunger to learn and succeed.
