Not to forget Regeneron that was administered on Friday..

That one is an antibody, trying to kill the virus. Remedisiver will do the same thing but faster, but with more side effects.

Ofcourse not, but they are removing the effects of the differences between immune responses by giving an immunosuppressant, dexamethasone.

That is what I am trying to say. They artificially increased his immunity with Regeneron and Remdesivir. Like you said, they are trying to decrease natural immunity with dexamethazone now.

Normal immunity is not always good, the immune system has been struggling to fight the virus in most patients who died. In fact, almost all death cases are not from the virus, but because of over reaction of the immune system resulting in multi organ failure. In some patients, it's the heart, in some it's the kidney, but in both the cases it's because of cytokine storm by the immune system, not because of the virus.

Hmm, so ur telling virus did not cause the death but ur ignoring the fact that virus is the reason for the making the immune system weak and it inturn resulted in multiple organ failure..

Virus did not make the immune system weak, the immune system is over reacting to the virus. Basically if the virus is somewhat known to the immune system, slowly priming will happen and immune response is generated. But since coronavirus is so new to the body, even before adaptive immune response begins, the innate immune cells are reacting producing a lot of cytokines which will cause organ failure. So, in those patients, if you suppress the immune system, they won't die.

Ok. A lot of things are being marketed as immunity boosters these days. Is it okay for normal people to take immunity boosting teas and other supplements?

But the problem is you can't go around giving immunosuppressants to everyone, because in most people, priming is happening and adaptive immune response is occurring. So, you can't give immunosuppressant to those patients.

Sure, why not.

If immunity increases for no reason, would it not cause inflammation?

Like I said there are two types of immune responses, innate immunity and adaptive immunity. Innate immunity is what is causing the cytokine storm. Adaptive immunity is what will give you immune memory and make it so you won't need a vaccine anymore. Ippudu e treatment chesevallaki immunosuppressants ivvadam valla future lo vaccine ventane ivvakudadu, because vaccine works for the activation of adaptive immune response.

Basic ga coronavirus ki evarevariki adaptive immune system prime avtundo evarevariki kado depends on your genes.

HIV is a virus that attacks a type of immune cells called regulatory T cells. Not all viruses are the same. Coronavirus binds with hepatocytes of the lung, it doesn't affect the immune system.
