Lawyer still working on my downgrade

Anyone in the same boat as me?

I submitted all my documents and forms 3 weeks ago for my Eb3 downgrade.

Lawyer still working on my application and still didn't finish it. He is busy with several applications.

November bulletin is ready to come any minute now.

What is my situation now?

Is it still worth trying it and having hope?

Or am I too late?

maa attorney kuda oka howle gadu, perm file cheyyaniki almost 3 months tesukunnadu. inka documents check antadu
