add cheating day and oka 2 days ekkuva thindam and remaining 5 days less thindam ala ala.. chestuna. 

I am not seeing significant change man.. I am also looking for suggestions on this..

Tell me about it. ..someone told me to increase all macro portions and then reduce them...kinda like tricking body. But I'm very scared to do that

I’m trying to reset by fasting over weekend and workout during fasting ..may be that way my body resets , detox and start fresh from Monday or early next week

same thing man since it was a while I had any red meat I went to groceries and got lot of red meat lamb shanks, goat paya, goat stew and all.

now have been eating those to finish off so that I can start dieting @~`

that's the problem with TS those small cheat days are spanning for 6 months twice a year

you are getting carb/sweet cravings ante.. it can be early pre-diabetic symptom.. annual physical exam lo hemoglobin A1C levels and blood glucose levels need to be checked. also excess carbs tho triglycerides levels high vasthayi..

i started eating sprouts for lunch 3 days ala. and dinner cloisng before 8pm.. rice only 3-4 times max per week

I don’t eat rice ..my issue is snacking ..I like to have tat piece snack ..if I don’t eat it I will keep my eating window and end up eating more or my mind revolves round food

Food is more like a drugg than food is like a food HA HA
