yes he said he is on intermittent fasting, working out and eating 1200 to 1500 calories per day

lost 9 pounds and feeling great

I feel life not in my control. I feel helpless and unlucky though. Karma ani saripettukovadam tappa em cheyalenu as i put my 100% efforts and still its that way.
