If Fad can't move because of processing capacity issues then DOF also won't be moved in future. DOf is moved depending on anticipated fad capacity numbers . So new Spill over is also of no use. 

Such slow movement of FAD is surely alarming. November december might be more slower because of holidays season.

Ee lekkana 6 years jump was impossible for EB3 this year.They are not considering how many GCs they can give. They are allocating eads first.

2021 = 260k visas = India eb3 = 5235

Current fad movement based on 5235.

Eb3 real movement Will be known how much horizontal and vertical spillover applied at end of this FY.  

Very unlikely eb3 fad will move beyond 2010. And filing dates will retrogress and adjust close to FAD.

Where is 2014 and where is 2010 samara? If again they get 260K next year they will again create an ead backlog and sit on it. If they don’t move anything where will they get money from? Eb3 will move to end of 2011 at least by September. Ee quarter tarvata January lo malli movement prediction chepatdu ga CO, that will tell the clear picture

 I will be happy if it reaches end of 2011. 2014 its just start, it will retrogress further. about $$ they strategically moved eb3 first. you will see next yr this is endless loop eb3-eb2-eb3-eb2..inka movement ante FAD only. no filing date movement. if at all any filing date movement it will be eb2.

Eb2 dof move cheste vaadiki dabbulu raavu. Endukante already all 2014 uncles will have eads. Fad will move parallel. So there will no jumping from eb3 to eb2 again. So ippudu money kavali ante they have to move eb3 dof. 2015 eb3 applications are still below 4k anukunta.
