Let’s take your JEE example and let’s say fb is like JEE and other NITs /BIT are more of smallers companies. Now are you saying that people who got into NIts/bits are less skilled than people who got into iits?

Meritocracy is measured by test scores, that's the reason why some get a better opportunity over someone else. I understand they all still have the potential to excel if given an opportunity, but the opportunity is only given on merit.
