Oka question ki clarity ivvu, if H1B is doing low paying testing job, he gets a GC and then he continues to work in the same job, he will still be in a low paying testing job. How is he worse for America than a homeless Somalian immigrant? Why will the local STEM students want to do a low paying testing job if they are competent? Meanwhile this low paying testing job guy will have a STEM student as a child while the Somalian immigrant will most likely do drugs and end up in jail. Why is S386 bad for this country?

In the future, they won't need to. In the future, H1B should not be given out as a lottery, but to the highest paid applicants.

Just saying low paying testing job chese Indian immigrant is better than unskilled immigrant from Somalia. In fact, H1Bs should be given to only the highest paying applications in the future to avoid exploitation.

DOL wage levels will increase if they get rid of scrap. H1B should be high skilled Visa, not for labor exploitation by paying low wages.

It is a low paying job because it doesn't require skill. Not because of H4-EAD.
