@snoww  @Spartan bros this explains why some are getting RFE even their priority date is little far 

only MSC center is getting RFE as that center will not have downgrades only direct applications either eb2 or eb3,

for all downgrades (concurrent) they send to LIN or SRC

So for MSC center if you see the below chart  they are issuing in the chronological order of the reciept numbers  so for a guy who has earlier series (he might have applied early and his pd is far)  is getting RFEs if you see the below chart the silver bar (and yellow bar too) is high for the earlier receipts, 

Also for now people whose priority date is current or near to current is with MSC (LIN or SRC did not hit that point only for indians as every body is after 2011)

So at least for now that mystery solved anukuntuna

I would expect no blue color in the first line. They are not processing in an order as long as I see blue color in first line.

So, for me, it is still random although I can see progress in the chart.

thanks bro,Agreed but if you see the progress the lesser recieved -> fingerprint - > rfe from top to bottom, there might be other factors but to get the trend it is seeing progress from top to bottom
